Sawmill Canyon
On Friday, April 27, 2007, Ken, Linda, Candy, and Carl drove up Garden Canyon and hiked Sawmill Canyon on Ft. Huachuca in the Huachuca Mountains.

We stopped at two pictograph sites and parked at the Boy Scout cabin, altitude 6220'. We hiked the 2.2 mile Sawmill Trail past Sawmill Spring to where it intersects the Crest Trail on the boundary of Ft. Huachuca, altitude 7500', for an elevation change of 1280'. to Sawmill Spring, 1.9 miles from the trailhead. |
